Working in partnership will be critical to improving the quality of construction waste; increasing recovery rates and measuring and reporting upon progress.
If you are a Waste Management Contractor dealing with construction waste or a Contractor interested in working with waste managers to improve recovery and reporting, then WRAP's "Good Practice = Good Business" workshops are relevant to you.
Understand how to work together to improve the quality of waste through sorting, segregation, collection and recovery of materials;
Learn about the new Site Specific Waste Analysis tool and the other guidance available to support you in meeting waste reduction targets and achieving the associated operational, reputational and commercial benefits; and
Network and engage with like-minded companies that are committed to reducing waste.
These sessions will examine how to drive change throughout the supply chain, manage the quality of supplies and outputs, and measure and report on progress.
By supporting the sector goal of halving the amount of construction waste being sent to landfill by 2012, your business has an opportunity to improve performance and reduce its carbon footprint.
Should a contractor or waste management contractor you're working with attend? Let us know their contact details and we'll issue an invitation on your behalf.
