In the past, Wood NI has run a number of enjoyable golf outings. It was decided at a recent committee meeting that a social outing be arranged.
Seamus Sands has been successful in organising a tee time in Warrenpoint Golf Club at lunchtime on Thursday 17th June 2010. Tee times are booked from 2.00 – 3.30pm with a £50 entry fee to includes soup & sandwiches on arrival, goody bag, 2 course meal (fish/beef) followed by prizes presentation.
It is anticipated that this event would offer members a chance to enjoy a game of golf in comfort and at affordable rate rather than a fund raising event as was the case in the past.
